What this store is

Official storefront This is the official promotional merchandise store for Wilfrid Laurier University — curated, brand-approved, and growing.

It’s a curated collection of branded items for departments, events, giveaways, and campus initiatives. New products are added regularly.

You’re not limited to what you see here. If you need something specific — a different product, decoration method, kitting, special packaging, or large volumes — use the Custom Request option and we’ll quote it.

How ordering works

Pick a product and select your colour or size options.
Choose a logo (and placement, if the product offers it).
Review the on-screen preview — it’s a general representation, not a final proof.
Add quantity and proceed to checkout.
If the item requires a proof, you’ll receive one for approval before production begins.

Proofs & previews

On-screen logo previews are for reference only. Final appearance can vary by decoration method, material, and logo complexity.

Digital proofs Where required, a pre-production digital proof will be sent for your approval before the order enters production. Physical pre-production samples are available on request — note that they carry an additional cost and extend the production timeline.

Program pricing

This store uses End-Quantity Pricing (EQP) — the same rate per product, whether you order a little or a lot.

Pricing is pre-negotiated at the program level, so you’re already getting the best available rate. There are no volume tiers to hit and no minimum quantities on most items.

Responsible & sustainable products

Products in this store are sourced from suppliers held to ethical and environmental standards. Where applicable, items are certified or carry recognized eco-credentials.

Rush options

Select products support expedited production. Where rush is available, you’ll see it indicated on the product page.

Tight deadline? If your timeline is critical and rush isn’t listed on the product, send a Custom Request — we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Brand-approved logos & colours

Only approved Laurier logos and campus colours are available for decoration. This ensures every order leaving this store meets university brand standards.

If you need a specific campus wordmark, department logo, or colour combination not shown, contact us via Custom Request — we’ll confirm what’s approved.

Custom requests

Not everything belongs in a cart Some projects — multi-imprint items, full-wrap packaging, complex kitting, special sourcing — are inherently custom and shouldn’t be forced through a standard product page.

Decoration methods & limitations

This store focuses on decoration methods that work well for streamlined ordering. Certain techniques — or highly custom builds — are handled as quoted requests instead.
